Sales Manager
Remote    •    Full-time 

What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for generating revenue and growth for the company
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales reps
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales reps
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive landscape

Which skills you'll bring:
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense, industry expertise will be a plus
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
